This is at Montreal River, just below the hydro dam, (actually I'm standing on it, but don't tell.) It was real cold that day. See the frost on the trees, just off the water.

The ROCK - August 2004

This is the ROCK ( boulder). Everybody had to get a photo of this, this Summer. This is on the shore of Big Island in the middle of Edward's Cove, Labrador. The way we figured it, the trees are about 20-25m tall; Therefore that rock has to be at least that in diameter. It just sits there, looking like it is about to roll over - one way or the other.

This is a shot of a small hill (1m) on the piaries of Canada during the month of February 2004. I was on my way to Vancouver, on the Greyhound, at the time.

This photo of the open field is the Arctic landscape of the island of Broughton Island, Nanavut, in September. That is the garbage dump in the background - No Polar Bears Today. There was an attack, the day before we arrived, further down Baffin Island - the man survived with only 300 stitches. leelie@nunanet.com is an outfitters in this area.
